A great UX shows clear direction and vision to its stakeholders that enables them to give form and structure to these game-changing ideas.
A technical validation at an early stage, helps stakeholders to test a concept and give a precise estimate for the effort involved and financial cost incurred in the engagement. It also highlights the distinct value the product intends to offer which makes the user curious about it, and presents it in a tangible medium. The bottom line outlines the need to do it right.
In our UX journey,
we partnered with a North American company that aimed to deliver care to patients at home.
Help our client to build and validate the concept. Support the client to present a POC to their potential buyers.
Humans have a natural tendency to show resistance towards change. One has to be very careful while introducing a new concept or solution. Be sure that the product reflects the value effortlessly while building a sense of excitement about adapting to it.
Our experts worked closely with the stakeholders to understand the key information points that were essential to build the concept. Some of the apparent challenges they were:
- The absence of a parallel industry for competitive studies.
- Unavailability of any users to conduct interviews to identify the current processes and its sensitivities.
- UX Audit of information provided by the client
Our team defined three key user roles

They built various workflows around these personas to understand their
touchpoints. These workflows helped us understand the following:
Digital interfaces with
their leverages & limitations
The team then optimised the processes while aligning them with legal regulations associated with the business.
Our experts identified users based on the interviews that perform similar functions in different domains. This defined the various process related limitations that could impact our solution in construction. It also validated our functional understanding of the processes.
Our team drafted interactive prototypes to cover end-to-end workflows. These were internally tested with users selected by the client. They were carefully picked based on their current roles to make sure they functionally aligned with the roles defined in the prototypes. These findings helped us enhance the wireframes which were used by the UI team to build mock ups.
The development team at the client’s end hardcoded these mock ups in order to present it to potential buyers
The derived concept was able to reflect a clear value among buyers willing to invest into its development. The inputs collated from these exercises defined more features that the actual product would include.
The satisfied client became our progressive partner to work on the product and engaged us on their suite of solutions.
For the client the buys were exciting and fruitful as it gave them a sleek product with a distinct value among their competitors. They became niche players in their respective market by delivering a distinct and desired value to their end customers.
