Our experts identified users based on the interviews that perform similar functions in different domains. This defined the various process related limitations that could impact our solution in construction. It also validated our functional understanding of the processes.
Our team drafted interactive prototypes to cover end-to-end workflows. These were internally tested with users selected by the client. They were carefully picked based on their current roles to make sure they functionally aligned with the roles defined in the prototypes. These findings helped us enhance the wireframes which were used by the UI team to build mock ups.
The development team at the client’s end hardcoded these mock ups in order to present it to potential buyers
The derived concept was able to reflect a clear value among buyers willing to invest into its development. The inputs collated from these exercises defined more features that the actual product would include.
