Payment Links Policy

Koru UX Design LLP (“Koru”, “we”, “our”) provides user experience (UX) design services under formal agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). This policy governs how payments are processed when made via secure credit card links.
1. Refund Policy
Koru generally invoices clients after delivery of services. However, in cases where an advance payment is collected (e.g., first sprint with a new client), a refund may be considered only if the service has not yet commenced.
Refunds will not apply for completed or partially delivered services, as governed by the respective SOW or MSA.
To raise a refund request or dispute a charge, please contact us within 3 days of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are managed per the terms stated in each client’s SOW or MSA.
- New clients who cancel before the first sprint starts may be eligible for a partial or full refund of their advance.
- Ongoing clients must follow the termination notice and billing conditions agreed upon in their contracts.

3. Service Delivery Policy
Our services are delivered digitally through collaboration tools, documentation, and scheduled reviews.
Each SOW outlines deliverables, timelines, and engagement scope. If you do not receive expected outputs, please contact us for resolution.

4. Payment Flow
Koru uses a secure, manual payment link process. Payment scenarios:
- New clients may be invoiced in advance for the first sprint, per mutual agreement.
- Ongoing clients are typically billed post-sprint or at the end of the month.
The payment link will include:
- Client name
- Description of services
- Invoice amount and currency
By making a payment, you acknowledge the associated SOW/MSA terms.
Links are valid for [15] days. If you notice any payment-related issues or unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

5. Privacy Policy
We collect minimal personal and billing information solely for the purpose of project execution and payment processing.
Your information is never shared with third parties unless required for service delivery or by law. We apply standard data protection practices.
